First Impression: Klair's Midnight Blue Calming Cream

Soko Glam is a great site to purchase K-Beauty products online from in US, especially for products that aren't as readily available as if you were in Asia. And lucky for you/me, you're able to purchase Klair's Midnight Blue Calming Cream* through their site! Before we go into the review, can we just take a second to digest how soothing the blue cream look as it stands? I associate blue colored products to be the champions of moisture - another example is Belif's Aqua Bomb, which is also to die for.

My skin frequently sees a ton of redness and irritation due to being acne prone and this is where the calming cream comes in! The cream's main ingredients consist of Guaiazulene and Centella Asiatica Extract. Guaiazulene, which gives the cream its natural blue coloring, is a plant-based component extracted from camomile oil, a powerful skin-calming agent. Centella Asiatica hydrates skin and helps relieve irritation and redness. On the nights I use my Clarisonic brush to cleanse + exfoliate, I make it a point to make sure I finish with this moisturizer because that is when my skin flares up. I am absolutely obsessed with the calming cream and pat in a generous amount into my skin as the last step of my evening regimen. I immediately feel the redness from my skin disappear upon application, which preps me for a relaxing sleep. When I wake up in the morning, my skin still feels really moisturized and plump. This moisturizer is really affordable at $24.50 and I highly recommend it for you next Soko Glam haul!
