April's Play! by Sephora Review

Another day, another month of Sephora's Play! Subscription Box. For the month of June, I'm pretty excited over the brands in my bag as I haven't tried most of them yet. Another thing I appreciate is there is finally somewhat of an upgrade for the bags. Since I began my subscription, they've been drawstring bags so I do dig this clear envelope bag as it's much more reusable for everyday use.

trèStiQue Highlight & Perfect Multipurpose Stick: I've had my eye on this brand since Sephora picked it up but never got around to trying it so I'm glad this guy popped up! I love all things highlighters and this one is a convenient multipurpose highlighter stick with a built-in sponge. It has a beautiful glow and the sample is generous enough to last me for a few months.

Grande Cosmetics GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper: I bought this brand's eyelash product and haven't got around to using it yet but again, nothing but great reviews. I don't necessarily need a lip plumper because I can decent sized lips but it does feel smooth when I apply like a chapstick! The full size comes in different shades and I would recommend this for something who would like plumper looking lips.

Rahua Omega 9 Hair Mask: I've actually never even heard of this brand before so I'm excited to try it out. I have a bad habit of forgetting about hair samples because once I'm in the shower, I won't come out to grab it. We'll see how this one goes.

CLEAN Reserve Sel Santal: This lil guy doesn't have a floral scent, which I love. It's a blend of crisp mandarin leaves with bright bergamot over a heart of rich salted fig and hazelnut cream. It's the perfect amount of subtle sandalwood and is great for everyday use.

Tata Harper's Resurfacing Mask: I was stoked to see a sample of Tata Harper because I've only tried it in one time samples from Sephora. I haven't used the mask yet but it's for pores, uneven skintone, and dullness of the skin. It looks like I'll get 7-8 uses out of the sample so we'll see if I end up going for the ful size. It'd be my first purchase from the brand.

MILK MAKEUP Blur Stick: It's not secret Milk is an up and coming brand but I actually haven't gotten around to purchasing something so this is my favorite out of the bunch for this month. I almost purchased the holographic stick but decided to go with another highlighter. It's a colorless, oil, and silicone-free primer, so similar to the Estee Edit Pore Stick I've been using. It's nice to take on the go but I still follow up with my holy grail Smashbox Photo Finish Primer.

I'm excited to see what the June box has to offer!
