Sunday Riely!

I'm about halfway through with my bottle of SUNDAY RILEY Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment and can finally justify the splurge on this skincare treatment. It's no secret beauty bloggers all over rave about the Good Genes ll-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment but I had a hard time accepting the $105 price point for a measly ounce. I finally pulled the trigger at the last 20% off sale at Sephora and have been using it every night since. I'm not the best when it comes to consistently using skincare products but I made it a point to do so this time around given the high price point. Since adding the acid treatment to my evening routine, I've had no breakouts except for the occasional 1-2 hormonal pimples.

The instructions say to apply 1-2 pumps after cleaning your skin but I found one pump was enough. I'm also trying to be frugal with the treatment it's not cheap. You get the best results with consistent use and even though it's not the most affordable product in the world, I would like to add it to my daily routine. Sunday Riley has since released a bigger bottle, 1.7 oz priced at $158 (but with a $175 value). I'll probably go for the bigger size next time since my skin has never been better thanks to this treatment. It's good for all skin types to help battle dark spots, dullness, and uneven texture (all of which I have). It has a strange scent that goes away as the skin absorbs so don't let that phase you too much.

The formula has purified grade lactic acid that immediately exfoliates dull, pore-clogging dead skin cells, revealing smoother, younger looking skin. When used regularly, the appearance of hyperpigmentation fades but keep in mind, sunscreen is during the day is important because UV lights are darkening the spots. You don't want to waste the $105 and undo it's hard work. You can instantly feel a difference and see much healthier looking skin when you wake up in the morning. I know the price point is daunting at first but with the improvements it provides, the treatment is worth every cent!
