October's Monthly Wallet Sacrifice

1. NARS Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder
This is truly as amazing as everyone says! I use this as the last step before a setting spray and powder it all over my face. If your liquid foundation is too cakey, this will help to tone it down as well. I have oily skin so this is something that comes with me when I go out. Instead of using a foundation powder to touch-up, I powder this on my face instead to soak up excess oil and to look fresh. I def recommend this for those who get oily throughout the day.

2. Estee Lauder's Double Wear in Rattan
I have mainly been using this foundation for special occasions. The name "Stay-in-Place Makeup" doesn't lie because when I use this foundation, my skin looks flawless the whole day without any need to touch-up. The only unfortunate part is that it does get cakey but I feel that's a sacrifice for you to look perfect all day. This magical potion is a great foundation to have in your collection for those special dates, events, and etc.

3. Sephora Brush Cleaner

I was in the market for a new brush cleaner so I decide to try Sephora's one out. For the times I've used it so far, it definately does it's job. I don't see myself repurchasing it though given it's high price point and I hear Johnson's baby soap is a great alternative so I plan on trying that out when I run out of this.

4. MAC's Studio Finish Concealer in NC35

I use this concealer to clean up the bottom of my brows after drawing it in with Anastasia Beverly Hill's Dipbrow Pomade. Because it is thick enough and a match to my skin color, it does a job well done!
